Another Patroiotic Message Intecepted

An anonymous friend of this patriotic blog has sent us the following, slightly obscure message, the origins of which are mysterious to say the least.

I have the courage to look for a reliable and Honest Person who will be capable to import this business Transaction, believing you me will never let me down either now or in Future. The owner of this account is JOSEPH F. ROUSFETTIS, an alien and he is the Manager Of petrol gas oil exploration service, a civilian engineer by Proffession. He died of heart attack following an investment he made in my country after the stock exchanged crash. My Investigation proved to me as well that his company does not know anything about this account.
